Return Overview

• Returns can be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

• No restocking fees apply.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

• Exchanges are available, subject to product availability.

• Items marked as Final Sale, as well as opened hygiene or intimate products, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email info@vaelinatelier.com and include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.

Vaelin Atelier does not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please contact us before returning your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will gladly offer an alternative or process a refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaelinatelier.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and its packaging
